Just below, the pool area unfolds as a private haven of relaxation. A second large dining table allows for al fresco lunches by the water, while ten sunbeds are perfectly arranged for unhurried days under the Riviera sun.

The 10 x 4.5 meter swimming pool may be heated upon request and is equipped with a child-safety system, ensuring both comfort and peace of mind.

A dedicated barbecue area completes the outdoor experience, ideal for relaxed summer evenings.

The refined pool house features a private indoor fitness space including a treadmill, exercise bike and massage table — allowing guests to maintain their routine in complete privacy.
