The property features five bedrooms, including one independent suite, and five bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and privacy. Panoramic sea views extend throughout the residence, enhancing the sense of space and light.

A 10 x 4.5 meter swimming pool (heated upon request) is complemented by a child-secured system and ten sun loungers overlooking the Mediterranean.
The pool house includes an indoor fitness area equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike and massage table, as well as a sauna with light therapy for complete relaxation. A barbecue area is also available for outdoor dining.
Comfort
The residence offers very high-speed Wi-Fi, an indoor alarm system and premium linens. Housekeeping services are available upon request.
